Hello and welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

I hope this space gives you a sense of who I am, how I work,
and whether therapy with me is the right fit for you.

Life can be unpredictable. At times, we face moments of crisis where our world feels shaken and the way forward is hard to see. You may feel lost, weighed down by the past, stuck in a rut, or unsure of who you are.

Grief, anxiety, and depression can feel relentless. And sometimes we just don’t feel “quite right” without knowing why. Taking the step to consider therapy is already a courageous and positive move—you’ve done the hardest part.

My name is Daniella, and I am an integrative psychotherapist. This means I draw on different approaches depending on your needs, because I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. You are unique, and my aim is to shape therapy around you.

I want you to feel safe, seen, and respected for who you are and what you’ve experienced. I bring warmth, care, and compassion to my work, and I understand how daunting it can feel to begin therapy.

My hope is that, in a supportive and empathic space, you can simply be yourself. Together, we can work towards helping you live the life you truly deserve.

Offering talking therapy is something I find deeply enriching and rewarding. I am constantly inspired by the resilience and courage of the people I have the privilege to work with. To ensure I provide the highest quality of care, I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development.

I am committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in my practice. Confidentiality, respect, and trust are at the heart of the therapeutic relationship. I take great care to create a safe environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences, while fully adhering to professional codes of ethics to prioritise your wellbeing and privacy.

I believe strongly in the power of talking therapy and that it should be accessible to everyone. Alongside my private practice, I volunteer with a mental health charity providing low-cost support to a diverse range of clients.

I work with adults facing many different challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, neurodiversity, and the impact of health conditions. I also support people exploring identity, including gender, sexuality, and cultural background. Together we can explore your experiences and find a way forward that feels right for you.

MY APPROACH

My main approach brings together person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, grounded in warmth, respect, and curiosity about your unique experience. I may also draw on aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) when it feels helpful.

PERSON-CENTRED APPROACH

This approach is about creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood. I don't offer quick fixes or advice, but instead walk alongside you as you explore your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Over time, this process can help you connect with your strengths, build resilience, and trust yourself more deeply. It can also open up space for new, more authentic ways of living that feel aligned with who you are.

PSYCHODYNAMIC APPROACH

This approach explores how past experiences, especially early relationships, can shape the way you feel and relate today. Together, we might notice recurring patterns or dynamics that are difficult or confusing, and gently bring hidden influences to light. I offer thoughtful support and challenge when helpful, always at a pace that feels right for you. The aim isn't to stay in the past, but to understand it in a way that gives you greater freedom and choice in the present.

CBT

CBT focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. In sessions, we might look at unhelpful or self-critical thinking patterns and experiment with more balanced, compassionate perspectives. When it feels right, I may share simple tools and strategies to help you feel more supported day-to-day. This approach can create more space for flexibility, self-kindness, and choice in how you respond to life's challenges.

There’s no pressure to decide straight away—you’re welcome to take time to think it over.

I offer both face-to-face sessions in North West London and secure online therapy. Sessions are 50 minutes long and my fee is £80.
